Cpet started a new adventure in Sekha with the financial support of the Love Tomorrow Foundation, a project of the famous Tomorrowland Festival. It will be the very first music school in Nepal and it will have a unique design to stimulate the creativity of the students.
In 2016, the first plans were drawn up and a soil investigation and geotechnical analysis took place. The first ‘symbolic’ stone was laid in June 2016. Cunina makes sure that durable materials are used in the construction of the school. The construction had started in February 2017 and finished at the end of 2017. On 16th April 2018, the first Love Tomorrow Music & Arts School opened doors together with 300 local children. It is a 413m² building featuring four fully equipped classrooms, a central courtyard and a stage.
Love Tomorrow Foundation is whole-heartedly assured that education is the key to a better future. It is necessary for individual, social and sustainable development. Not only knowledge, but also creativity plays an important role in the development of a child. Music, dance and arts are the key in this personal development. These key are integral to Nepalese culture and portray a important role in daily life.
